my 25th birthday is coming up on the 21st of this lovely month.
i had planned a soiree with a few pals in New York, but since I'm still on the island (Boriken, fuerte es tu historia), I've instead planned a soiree with The Usual Suspects, aka, my mom's friends (and a few of the dudes I plan on hitting it with).
since I've been trying out a recipe a day for a couple of weeks/months, I'm on the final stages of menu decisions. the Irish soda bread is FOR SURE not making the cut.
in other news, well, there is no other news more important than my birthday.
